A Few of our Favorite Instagram Profiles 💗

Valentine's Day is Wednesday, and we're feeling the love! While everyone is gathering flowers, chocolates and gifts for the Hallmark holiday, we thought we'd show our love a little differently... by showing some Instagram love!

Our mission at Masterclass Dance is to expose dancers of all levels to varying forms of dance. In fulfilling that mission, we like to remind our young dancers of the opportunities to further their dance experience post high school.

Instagram has become a way to get an inside look at people, companies and, you guessed it, dance teams/programs! So we're shouting out a few of dance teams that we love and follow. Check them out! You're sure to be motivated to explore that next step in your dance career!

Texas Tech Pom Squad - @ttupom

The Texas Tech Pom Squad won the National Dance Association Division 1A Jazz Championship in 2017. We love watching the dance videos on their page, from the high energy choreo clips to the powerful contemporary pieces!

Kilgore College Rangerettes - @kcrangerettes

Our owner, Brittany Lee, was a Kilgore College Rangerette, but that's not the only reason we're following this fabulous group of dancers! The Rangerettes are world-renowned with a history that dates back to 1940. Their page gives insight to the many traditions and events they participate in year round. Hello, inspo!

LSU Tiger Girls - @lsutigergirls

One of our own staff members, Jacie Scott, was a three-year member of the Tiger Girls, and won a UDA Division 1A Hip Hop Championship with the team in 2010! The team has since earned quite the reputation for their hip hop style and collegiate appeal, which is widely displayed on their page. Watch out! You may catch yourself trying hip hop tricks in your living room! (Just be careful!)

TWU Pioneer Pride - @twupioneerpride

These ladies came on the scene as the new team on the block last year, but they've certainly made an impression! The Pioneer Pride were established on Texas Woman's University's campus in 2017 to perform a school functions, and athletic and community events. We've loved watching their success in the first year, and we're definitely tuning in for year two! Check them out!

Texas State Strutters - @txststrutters

The Texas State Strutters came on the scene in 1960 and hold the mark of being "the first dance team organized on any major university campus in Texas." Team spirit oozes from their Instagram page, and we love it and the inside look into their giant traditions!
